Online Gambling Statistics

The American Gaming Association has estimated that over two million people are engaged in online gambling. The majority of those who participate in online gambling do so in the privacy of their homes. The survey also reveals that nearly four in 10 male youth report gambling online. However, the number of such accounts is expected to increase. According to the data, the number of online gambling accounts will reach 3.2 per person in 2020. In the next few years, the number of such accounts will grow exponentially, increasing from an estimated 1.2 million in 2000 to over 2800 in 2020.

While the number of people who engage in online gambling is constantly growing, the statistics on the prevalence of gambling activity in the United States are still lacking. In fact, the prevalence of online gambling has not increased over the last five years despite more people spending time at home. While the numbers are still small, it does show an overall decline. The incidence of online gambling in the U.S. has grown notably, with more women than men participating in the past year.

Although most online gambling takes place at home, a small percentage of people do it outside their homes. This increase is not due to increased time spent at home, but rather to increased exposure. It also shows that the incidence of online gambling has remained fairly stable and is increasing across most age groups. The younger demographics are more likely to gamble than the older ones, despite the increased exposure to gambling. With these figures, we can safely say that the world has become increasingly addicted to online casinos.
